Warranty
If you are a consumer, the 12 Month Warranty is provided to you in addition to your consumer rights and legal guarantees under applicable law, which are available to you free-of-charge in the event the product is faulty, defective or does not conform with the description.
Guarantee Claim Procedure
If the product is faulty, defective or does not work as expected for a period of one (1) year from delivery of the product, contact us:
A dedicated customer service associate will first troubleshoot the problem. If the troubleshooting process does not fix your issue, you can get a replacement product if one is available. If a replacement isn’t available, you will get a full refund. The option for a replacement product is only available for products fulfilled by Digital Techno and subject to availability.
You will need to return the defective product at no charge to you. You can still notify us of defects which occurred during the warranty period but if you do not return the product within the warranty period, you may get charged the original amount you paid for the item. If you choose to get a full refund and purchase a new product that has a shipping cost, you will need to pay for that shipping cost.
