CONDITION

Our Device Condition Grades

At Digital Techno, we provide three clear condition grades so you know exactly what to expect from your device. Please note that all devices are 100% fully functional and have a battery health of 80% or higher, regardless of their cosmetic grade.

Excellent Condition
Cosmetic condition: Excellent
Screen: No scratches
Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and more) are visible when holding the product 30cm away.

Good Condition
Cosmetic condition: Good
Screen: No scratches
Body: Light scratches, possible dents, barely visible when holding the product 30cm away and imperceptible to touch.

Acceptable Condition
Cosmetic condition: Acceptable
Screen: May have a small number of shallow scratches, invisible when the screen is turned on.
Body: Scratches and dents clearly visible when holding the device 30cm away and perceptible to touch. Usually perfectly hidden by the use of a case.
