Delivery & Returns Information
Delivery
We offer Next Working Day Delivery at no charge for all orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed Saturday delivery. For your security, we will only ship to the address provided to us at the point of purchase.
Returns
We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. If you’re not satisfied, you can return most products within 30 days of delivery. We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Important Return Conditions:
Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.
Physical Damage: Any physical damage that occurred during delivery must be photographed and reported to our customer service team within 7 days. Returns with physical damage without proof of being reported will not be accepted.
Account Removal: You must perform a full factory reset before returning the device. We will not accept returns with personal information, iCloud, Samsung, or Google accounts, or password locks.
IMEI & Serial Numbers: All device IMEI and serial numbers are recorded prior to dispatch and will be checked upon receipt of any returned items.
