Our 1-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every device we sell. That's why we offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all our products, starting from the date of delivery. This is provided in addition to your consumer rights and legal guarantees under applicable law.
Guarantee Claim Procedure
If your product is faulty, defective, or does not work as expected within one year of delivery, we will first seek to repair or replace the device. Here is our straightforward process:
Contact Us: Reach out to our dedicated customer service. A specialist will first attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you.
Repair or Replacement: If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, and the problem is covered under warranty, we will either repair the device or provide a replacement.
Return the Product: You will be provided with a pre-paid label to return the defective product to us at no cost to you.
What is Not Covered:
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by:
- Accidental or physical damage (e.g., drops).
- Liquid damage.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
Please Note: All devices must be returned with all personal data and accounts (like iCloud, Samsung, or Google) removed. Returns with personal data or password locks will not be accepted.
